Our small batch Napa Valley Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from the finest grapes in northern Napa Valley, harvested on gravelly, alluvian fan soils. Stainless steel fermented, aged for 22 months sur lees in 100% French oak; 75% new oak. Bottled unfined, and unfiltered.
NOSE: Big, forward nose of cassis, wild blackberry, boysenberry, and a hint of licorice. Background notes of dark chocolate and lavender.
TASTE: Flavors of wild berry, currant and ripe plum give way to a long finish of baker’s chocolate and supple tannins.
